1. General

1. These terms and conditions apply to all customers purchasing vehicles or services from NEXGEN VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, an authorized Maruti Suzuki dealer.
2. By availing our products or services, the customer agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Vehicle Booking & Purchase

1. A minimum booking amount as specified is required to reserve any Maruti Suzuki vehicle.
2. Booking does not guarantee delivery unless full payment is made and documentation is completed.
3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. updates or changes in government levies.
4. Delivery timeline is indicative and may vary due to availability, logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payments

1. All payments must be made through authorized modes: NEFT/RTGS, UPI, credit/debit cards, or demand draft.
2. Cheques are subject to realization before vehicle delivery.
3. The customer shall bear all bank charges and taxes applicable.

4. Loan and Finance

1. Finance is arranged through third-party financial institutions, and approval is at their discretion.
2. The dealership is not liable for delay or rejection of loan processing.

5. Cancellation & Refund

1. Cancellation of booking must be informed in writing.
2. A cancellation fee may be applicable as per company policy.
3. Refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days after deduction of applicable charges.

6. Vehicle Registration & Insurance

1. Registration charges are as per the prevailing RTO norms and may vary by location.
2. Insurance can be availed through the dealership or arranged independently by the customer.
3. Temporary registration will be provided where applicable.

7. Servicing & Warranty

1. All new vehicles are covered under Maruti Suzuki’s standard manufacturer warranty.
2. Customers are encouraged to service their vehicle at authorized service centres as per schedule to retain warranty coverage.

8. Accessories & Modifications

1. Accessories not provided or installed by Maruti Suzuki may void warranty.
2. Any unauthorized modification or alteration is strictly discouraged.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. The dealership shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising out of delays, third-party services, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Liability is limited to the value of the vehicle or service in question.

10. Dispute Resolution

1. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
